Role/Position:   Credit Manager
Functional Area:   Financial Services
Job Description:   The Credit Manager position is accountable for the entire credit granting process, including the consistent application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers, with the goal of optimizing the mix of company sales and bad debt losses.
Key Responsibilities Area:   -Due Diligence in credit analysis, customer application screening, evaluation, underwriting and sanctioning of loan.
-Responsible for the continued enhancement and execution of consumer credit risk strategy.
-Enhance the risk management capabilities in the automotive finance business by managing the consumer credit asset portfolio, manage various risks, implement effective mechanisms to mitigate them and frame guidelines for fraud detection & control as per regulatory requirements and leading industry practices.
-Manage credit buying process which monitors turnarounds, approvals, review of samples, Quality checks on process.
-Conduct quantitative validations, understanding & management of Credit Risk, Pricing and Risk measurements.
-Identifying reasons for delayed payments and facilitating a remedial action in an effort to remedy the problem and in turn identify revenue risk and bad debt exposure.
-To ensure completion of credit/KYC documents and verification- telephonic, field & collateral visits.
-To prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM).

Role/Position:   Manager – Business Development (Retail & SME)
Functional Area:   Financial Services
Job Description:   To help Vertical Head/CEO in execution for achievement of Quality Loan Book Size, Market Penetration and Profitability. Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.
Key Responsibilities Area:   - Develop a lending strategy for retail and MSME loans in line with quality and pricing standards of our Credit Policy
- Lend monies and develop a loan book in retail and MSME sectors per strategy outlined above.
- Control and monitor the loan book and develop appropriate reporting MIS.
- Lead remedial management of delinquent loans which may well involve liaising with legal specialists.
- Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational, Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
- To ensure achievement of sales targets with optimal market coverage.
- To identify industry best practice.
- To ensure that the sale behaviour, sales ethics and sales practices of the sales team comply with company standards and regulations.
Key skills:   - Performance will be assessed on the size of the loan book, its quality and earnings on them.
- Performance will be assessed on the person's compatibility with the Companies business ethics and corporate culture.
- Marketing skills, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills are highly required.
- Able to travel without any issues through-out India.
- Excellent (English, Hindi, Bengali) communication skill.
- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
